Working with our clients, designs are created to fulfill your aesthetic and architectural needs.
Additionally, we offer regularly scheduled maintenance services including mowing, trimming and seasonal care
with the goal of keeping your property's appearance pristine.
Our Design Process
If comprehensive landscape design services are desired, then the typical process includes an initial meeting where design parameters such as the following are discussed:
- functions for each section of the property
- needs of the people using the property
- style and color preferences
- required and desired design elements
- drainage and irrigation requirements
- maintenance issues
- your privacy needs and consideration for adjacent properties
- sun and shade and lighting issues
- consideration for pet needs
After consultation, our team will then communicate with you to provide initial designs and estimates.
Our Installation Process
Once you decide to have us complete your project, we undertake a series of steps to ensure your job is finished on-time, on schedule and within budget. Your satisfaction upon completion is our primary goal.
- A project manager will be assigned to coordinate all aspects of your job. This person will be your main point of contact for the duration of the project. Plans will be finalized and the project schedule will be reviewed and revised as needed.
- We will ensure that we remain in compliance with all contractual agreements.
- Safety takes precedence over speed in everything we do. The PM will ensure all personnel and equipment comply with specified rules and standards.
- Our staff will arrive to perform work according to the schedule and availability of materials.
- When our work is complete, we will meet to review the work and ensure everything meets or exceeds your expectations.
Aftercare and Maintenance
Your landscape is now established. Of course, you are free to choose how you wish to maintain your property.
